One thing to keep in mind is that you might not be able to redeem tickets because the week’s supply of free tickets has already been used. Supplies of free tickets are limited and the number of free tickets available each week will be set by AT&T in its sole discretion and may vary. Hope this helps!

Is there a way to confirm if it's due to tickets being sold out versus a technical error because I'm trying to get tickets for Tuesday aug 6th for once upon a time in Hollywood but Everytime i select a time no matter which theater, when it gets to fandango it shows date to be Wednesday instead and cannot apply the promotion. Please advise.

The Ticket Twosdays is now tied to Fandango not Movie Tickets, please get to know when responding to customers issues.
Also, please correct yourself when you say not the tickets are limited. I am facing this issue since few weeks now. While i am trying to book the tickets using ATT Thanks app, couple of friends of mine were able to book the tickets in front of me. how come when you say the supply is limited. I guess there is some bug with your app, or some filters in your app, to restrict few customers out of this.

Why contact Movietickets.com when Fandango is now the vendor. The Fandango app is installed on my phone yet the app will not connect to Fandango. This has been broken for over 2 months with no solution. WHEN IS IT GOING TO BE FIXED?!?!?

I was able to use TickIT Twosdays (to see IT Chapter 2) but have not been able to use Ticket Twosdays for the past two weeks. I even reinstalled the app. Specifically, I pick my movie, theater, and time, and click Get Tickets, and am led to a blank screen. Clearly, there is a link missing form AT&T Thanks to Fandango to buy the tickets. Please help AT&T Thanks.
