Text Usage Log Modified?
I think a text usage log has been modified for a number on my account. Is this possible if someone had access to the account number and security pin? Is there any way I can find out what was deleted and when?

After researching the issue, we've found answers. It is not possible for someone to change the text history from an online account. However, if you feel that your account is unsafe for any reason, it never hurts to change the password. You can find out more about online and mobile security on our website. i dont think the online log can be modified regardless if someone has the pin if im reading your post correctly

Ok you say it’s not possible for it to be done from an online account, but is it possible from a store?
