Spotify Premium sign up issue

Hi, I currently have Gold Att Thanks benefits. I am trying to sign up for the 6 month Spotify Premium offer. I followed the directions by signing into att.com/attthanks and the site won’t allow me to click on the available link to get a code or sign up. Please help.

Thank you for letting us know.

 

We recommend clearing the cache and cookies for your internet browser and trying to click on the available link again.

 

If you're still experiencing this same issue, you may also need to try redeeming this offer on the AT&T THANKS website while using a different internet connection, internet browser, or device.

 

To get started, you'll need to log in to the AT&T THANKS website. If you currently have Gold Tier benefits, you'll see the Spotify Premium Offer Tile among other available offers when you scroll down the page.

 

Simply click Get Spotify Premium on the offer tile and you'll be directed to the AT&T THANKS offer landing page to claim the offer.

 

This is where you can click Get Spotify Premium again on the offer page and you'll be redirected to the Spotify landing page where Spotify's Terms and Privacy Policy will apply.

 

You will then need to click Start Trial. After that, you'll be asked to either log in or create a new Spotify account.

 

Once that's been completed, your unique promo code will automatically populate for the promotion. You'll need to add your payment method, which will be charged upon the expiration of the Trial Period.

 

After you finish filling out your payment method information and select Start my Spotify Premium, you'll receive a confirmation of successful subscription to Spotify Premium.

Yes, it happened the day I wrote the question. I believe it was Tuesday. Once I signed in to att thanks and scrolled to Spotify, it would not let me click on it. I’m guessing from what I have read on here, that that link would lead me to get a code. Maybe I need to reset, or maybe it’s something else. Thank you

I keep getting an error message no matter what device I use. It will not load the page once I click on the "get spotify premium" button from the attthanks page. What is this...?? So frustrating.
