Smart limits, disabling voice over LTE??!
I just tried to set up smart limits to block a few numbers, but when I click it, it says please confirm the changes. The changes listed are as follows:
Turning off voice over LTE
Turning on AT&T Smart Limits
Why would activating the smart limits, turn off the voice over LTE??!!

I would say ATT has to diable it to make sure the calls go over non VOIP switches. Volte is VOIP(voice over Ip) which could make blocking numbers harder.
