Smart Limits

Was notified today that the Smart Limits app is no longer in service and has not been in service for some time. I set a curfew on that app for my daughter's phone because she was being bullied and had to visit a therapist. Never got a notification that the app was no longer in service and that at&t canceled my curfew on her phone. Not sure if this is why my daughter has been distant again. I think it is real irresponsible for att to cancel a service without notifying

Re: Smart Limits

Hello @Pcano1812

We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, the Smart Limits app has been upgraded to AT&T Secure Family.

You can access our Secure Family Article for more information about the new app and upgraded features.

Re: Smart Limits

@ATTCare  Does AT&T really think this is an "upgrade"? It doesn't even compare to Smart Limits. Unless, of course, your developers would like to create a way for this AT&T Secure Family app to actually work without the need for my teenagers to install another app (which anyone with teenagers would know they aren't going to willingly do). No my friend at AT&T... this is nothing but a "downgrade". Why would you take the control out of the parents hands, the same parents paying all the bills, and put it back into our children's hands? Isn't this way we paid for the Smart Limits app in the first place, so that we have some controls over our children's cell phone usage?

Re: Smart Limits

I just made a new posting about this, it was the dumbest thing ATT ever did. I chatted with them advised them to read the comments in here or they loose costumers
