Signed in too many times

It says I have signed in too many times to check my account. How can I sign in too many times if I'm using the correct sign in accounts ?

Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums.  The myAT&T app and online is a great way to keep track of your usage and balance.  I would be happy to help you!

 

We have a great article which will help troubleshoot myAT&T issues.  If you are getting the notification you have tried to sign in too many times your account may be locked for a period of time.  Please use the “forgot my password” or ID link.

I have been getting the same message and have been forced to reset my password like three times already within a month!!!! Absolutely no help or usable solution ANYWHERE from ATT.

I am having the same problem as well.  Why isn't ATT fixing this?
