Secure Family Help
Previously had Family Map and was excited to get the notification that the change to Secure Family has finally arrived. Immediately got it on one phone (android). This was easy, but unable to pair the iPhone...? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don’t bother with trying to get this app to work. It is virtually useless even if it does...
Bring back Family Map and Smart Limits!!!!!!!!!!!!
Secure Family Is a TERRIBLE app!

When I saw that there was a solution, I got excited until I realized that the solution wasn't an option to go back to family map.

How do I prevent the child from deleting the app? My daughter has already done this. The answer can't be reinstall the app every time, right? There's a way to lock it down, right? If not, you've a useless product here. You know that, right?

The thing I miss the most about Smart Limits is the ability to monitor the call list and block callers. I want to be able to see who my child is calling. Otherwise I liki the new app. PLEASE add this feature back in.

I am LIVID about the amount of strain this has caused between my teenager and I! To force us to have our kids download an app on their phones that tells them they are going to be tracked, monitored and restricted--is ABSURD. Forcing my child to then "pair" her phone with her parent is nuts. No teenage would be comfortable with that! AT&T-- *I* am the parent. *I* pay $200+ to you every 4 weeks for phones. If I want my teenager to know what I am doing as far as monitoring her phone usage or location, that is my responsibility to let her know. Your app is USELESS!! Kids can simply delete the app, and then what?? There was nothing wrong with Smart Limits. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, and why has this issue been going on for at least 2 months and still isn't fixed?? Do you understand how important it is that parents be able to effectively monitor our children through the phone service that they pay so much for??? It is THIS important--> We've been customers for more than 20 years, and we are leaving AT&T if this isn't fixed by the end of this year. As is my sister, and a co-worker. You guys should get it together quick.

How do I stop texting? It appears that there is no way to control SMS messaging. Is this correct? This app is sooooooo disappointing. Bring back SmartLimits.

Can not find a way to limit texts or allowed numbers and blocked numbers any longer, was easy to do with smart limits.
