Secure Family App - child set up as parent

I accidentally picked my daughter's phone number as a parent number, instead of my wife's when I was setting up the new AT&T Secure Family App.  I am set up as primary parent but I cannot find any where in the app to remove my daughter as parent and set her up as child.

Any ideas how to do this?  Maybe it is cancelling the account and setting up again but I have no idea how to do that either in the new app.

As @ws154k said, you will need to cancel your subscription. 

 

Go to Settings > Account > Cancel Secure Family 

 

I did speak to a peer over the app and they are working towards resolving this but I don't have a ETR.

Yes, cancel Secure Family and then sign up as new again.  To cancel go into Secure Family App click the gear icon on the upper RH corner.  That is Settings then select Account and select link called cancel Secure Family.

I have the same issue and there is no option to  cancel. Looks like there are some kinks that need to be worked out before it is released and it would be nice to have the other app back.

Hi!

 

Same problem here.  When I cancel and try to redo I get stuck in a error loop saying already signed up because of the 30 free days.

I also have the same problem accept my kiddos number is listed as primary parent. It’s very frustrating that I can’t change it

Today the Ap was supposed to “Roll out” and the problems were supposed to be fixed and I STILL can’t delete the account.

I totally agree with you and I’m having the same problems. I would prefer the old app back Family Map. This app is awful real bad!!

I’ve already tried that but then get two messages stating in my free trial period and then whoops something went wrong.
