Ripped-off by switcher program
I have tried relentlessly since December for you to honor the switcher program and continue to get letter stating I did not follow the details or did not turn in my smartphones. On the last attempt to send the information I sat with my attorney and filled out everything and sent everything exactly as stated. Got the same reply. Took my phones to the store and turned them in and given a receipt for them, you state I did not do that. I can only determine that one of the employees then stole the phones since you have no record. my current course of action as advised by the attorney if not satisfaction is forth coming. We will be filing theft charges against the store as obviously those phones are now missing, then a suit will be filed. I should have never switched from Sprint.

Since Young America competes the switcher, if part "A" the trade in doesn't match anything, they can't send out final bill reimbursement.
Please take your final bill and account information to an ATT company store. They will help you annotate the final bill correctly with phone numbers and account number and get it uploaded for you.

Had AT&T honoured it's end of the deal first time around, i still would NOT know what an internet forum was, much less the Congressional protections granted. (no cursing, no defamation, no deletion of honest oppinions, ...)
