Rewards scam

So my name is Stacee Spickler and I am disappointed because they last time I complained on this forum ... 2 people write me from customer service Michael and Briana and after sending them my acct. number . Phone number and trouble ticket number and after Talking to Amanda online no one has gotten back to me. I was promissed a free Samsung TV with purchase of a phone and adding a new line ... It has been since April and stil NO TV my customer experience with Samsung has been even worse than ATnT. How do I get help with this that produces results.

That promotion required you either be new to ATT wireless or New to direct TV, AND Buy one of the New Samsung S7/S7 Edge phone

If you didnt add Direct Tv you did not qualify

I do not accept this. When we signed up a new phone line and purchased the new Samsung phone and did combined billing with our Direct TV acct.( witch got screwed up also !) we were promised the TV . As long as our bill was in good standing for 3 months witch it has been ....

Sincerely Disappointed in AT&T I will be contacting Alaska Regulatory Commissions and BBB ... What horrible customer service! Also I live in Alaska not Puerta Rico

We signed up for this exact same deal and it was a SHAM! April 2016 we purchased new Samsung S7 and started Direct TV service from the La Jolla, CA ATT. We kept checking up on the Samsung website and it said claim being processed. Even made an appointment to go into the store and they said it could take up to a year. No one EVER said call the rewards center. Samsung says that ATT rejected our claim because of wrong information not matching records, but we only have two phone numbers and they are both linked to the account! Saturday I spent 45 minutes at the La Jolla ATT store with Mr. Adam *** and he called Samsung (incident # *** with Lambert), where Samsung said it's not their fault. Then I spent a hour and 30 minutes with the rewards center who forwarded me to the customer service department who forwarded me to the loyalty department who hung up on me once and when I called back and asked to talk to a supervisor I was denied. They said call Samsung. Then I called the store again and left a message for the store manager....no call back. I spend $300 a month on ATT services for phone, tv and internet. You better believe as soon as this contract is up I am ending services FOREVER and spreading the word. I'm so over this big company pushing me around. ***

We signed up in January and we were promised two $100 Rewards cards for singing on to a two year contract with AT&T for internet and TV.  It is now August and no Rewards Cards!  Jeassica at AT&T has been sending me emails saying that she is sending me links that will expire in 30 minutes.  I have not received a single link.  She has my email, phone number, address etc.  They can easily resolve the issue, but just make it look like the ball is in my court.  I do not appreciate this.

@User0815201701   This isn't the right forum.  $100 rewards cards are for home services.  Post in the internet or TV forum where they might know about the promotion

Thank you for responding, but you have not been helpful at all. I know the
information on the page that you have snet and it does not apply to me. I
need an AT&T person to hear the details and process the reward cards.
