Program the Dedicated Voice Mail Number for the Motorola Q 9h global

Can anyone tell me how to program the dedicated voicemail number on the Motorola Q 9h global?  The value set for my voice mail on this new phone = 1 instead of my voicemail number.  I tried to edit the value through Speed dial but could not access the value field.
