Are used to get my plenty points but I pay my bill the last couple of months I have not received any points after I pay my bill can you please tell me what's going on what should I do about this problem

Hi @Faponte64,

 

The way Plenti ponits are applied has changed.

 

Starting in September 2016, you do not earn points on a per dollar spent basis.

 

Instead, you earn 50 points per eligilbe line, up to 6 lines (300 points).

 

To earn these points, however, you must be enrolled in paperless billing and autopay. You'll also earn an additional 100 points for an AT&T U-verse high speed Internet and 100 points for a DIRECTV/U-verse TV account, also only if they are enrolled in paperless billing and autopay as long as they are either enrolled in unified billing with your eligible wireless account or have the same last name and service address as your eligible wireless account.

This is so crappy. I spend over $600/ month with At&t. Nearly $1000 including DirecTV. Just because I won't let them have access to my checking account to pay, I can't get the small rewards they do offer. What a ripoff!😡
