Passport Plan - All Phones on the Plan??
Is the passport plan charge (i.e. $30 for 30 days) covering all phones on my Mobile Share plan... or just one phone??
Said another way, if both my wife and I want coverage in overseas, do we pay for one $30 plan or do we need to buy a $30 plan for each phone line?

The documentation in the attached link from the at&t support pages re: the Passport Plan indicates that it is for a single line of service only (about midway down the page the information is highlighted with a box) - so you'll need to purchase the plan for all lines of service that you want to be included.

It covers only the line it is added to.
FYI, it reduces the cost of calls while roaming and texts are free, data is very limited, but it helps you find the limited number of ATT hotspots in city's in other countries.
