Ok so I'm being constantly harassed by several old contacts that I DO NOT associate myself with anymore at all. How can I get a one time free number change?

Welcome to the Community Forums! I can understand your concerns when you receive communication from others when you do not speak with them anymore. I do have a few suggestions for you.
AT&T offers Smart Limits where you can block unwanted numbers and texts. Your device may have an option to block calls in the settings tab. In your app store, there will be apps you can download. AT&T also offers the AT&T Annoyance Call Bureau.
