I've been trying to utilize this after switching over to AT&T today. I just keep getting a message on screen saying "retrieving account information". It's been doing this for three hours.

Since the myAT&T app requires a data connection, you’ll want to first make sure you can get online with your phone. Try going to att.com/ttr from the phones browser.
If you cannot get online, try powering your phone off and back on since this is usually a quick fix to resolve connectivity situations.
If you are still unable to get online from the browser, we have a nifty Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool that will help fix this. If you need to, click on the Change Device link to select the make and model of your phone.
You can then select Internet and click next for step-by-step instructions on getting this cleared up.

@nanakathie This is the wrong forum. Post your question in the email forum here: https://forums.att.com/t5/AT-T-Internet-Email-Security/bd-p/internet_email. Start your own thread, don’t add on to someone else’s and provide more information. “Cannot get into” is not enough to go on.
