I was tol by customer service I would be able to view my home phone call history from My Account online, does anyone know where to find it?

Hi there!

 

In order to view your entire billing statement, including call history:

 

  1. Log in to myAT&T. Don't have a myAT&T account yet? Register now.
  2. Select myAT&T at the top of the page.
  3. Hover over Bill & Payments at the top of the page, and then select Bill Details.
  4. If you have AT&T Access ID linked accounts, click the Select button and choose an account from the drop-down list.
    • To view the Bill Inserts, locate Additional Bill Elements at the bottom of the page.
  5. To view your paper bill, select Paper bill (PDF). Your bill is displayed in a separate window.
    • To download, select Download PDF.
    • To print, select Print.
