I moved your post to our Mobility Hub. It has troubleshooting and billing information. Click on the billing link and you will see information on how you can pay your billing now by signing in to your account at www.att.com.

We are trying to get AT&T to put up a micro cell tower at our business - I have been inquiring for over a year and just been getting shifted around and still have no answers.  Thinking of switching our service to Verizon if we can't get any information.  I have been sent to the mobility team twice and twice sent them the information that was requested - no reply has been given yet.  Very frustrating.  I have a 300 acre campground and have many potential customers - I have been a customer for over 20 years.  They can't even reply.  Extremely irritating.
