Merging multi line number with account holder number

I have 2 numbers both on different devices  I joined them in a multi-line account and now my account holder number is neglected. Not even in a phone  Is there a way I can merge/join the 2 numbers without having to lose the number I have as account holder?? If possible, have one of the lines a text messaging only line...
