Lied to about NFL Sunday Ticket

My dad was told when he purchased our 3 phones through at&t that he would also receive the NFL Sunday ticket for free for two years. This was a lie! Direct TV tells us that he doesn't have the subscription when he calls them and AT&T tells him that he DOES have the subscription when he calls them. Please help.
