Welcome to the Community Forums! Smart view is an awesome feature, I am happy to answer this for you.

 

According to Samsung support, this option is available for the Galaxy S8 and S8+. You can check how to use it here. We also have interactive tutorials about the device on our Device Support page. Select your make and model > Tutorials.

I have a A01 I downloaded smart viewing my phone shuts off as soon as I connect WHY?

I have a A10 it doesn't have smart view..I downloaded app as soon as it connects my phone shuts off why

Allow us to guide you in the right direction regarding the Smart View feature!

 

If the SV app is causing your device to shut down, you may need to contact Samsung for additional assistance with the app and device troubleshooting.

The a10 does not have enough power to do it is the problem.  2GB of ram is not enough.
