International incoming phone call charges 2017
Do I charge receiving international call?
Some people said no and I checked online that a few years ago "no" what about now 2017.
I would like to avoid high amount of phone bill.
Using iPhone, and not available FaceTime.

Still no. You are not charged extra for any calls you receive. Regardless of where they are from.
