I would like to cancel my subscription to Family Map. Tried to do it in the iTunes settings for subscription but it gives me a 800 number to call. Called the number and they told me they can't cancel it that I would have to go to a store. Went to a store and they told me I have to do it online. I am sick of the run around, would just like the subscription cancelled.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us via the Community Forums, I will be more than happy to assist you with cancelling AT&T Family Maps.
The simplest way of cancelling your subscription, would be to use the app or the mobile AT&T site. This article will guide you through the steps to cancel the feature.
You will see a drop-down asking you to select your device. If you are working from your mobile phone select Smartphone/myAT&T app. Once you have done that, you will see a Step-By-Step guide to "change or remove a wireless feature".
You can also remove the feature from a desktop or a tablet. If you change the drop-down to show Desktop/Tablet, it will give you the steps for the website. Once you click the article it’ll take you to a login page. Please log into it using your user ID and password, then follow the instructions provided in the article.
