I can't find Protect Plus app for Microsoft phone

I have 2 phones with AT&T and have AT&T Protect Plus on both my iPhone 7 Plus and my Lumia 950. I installed the app on my iPhone but can't find it for my Microsoft phone in the store. Can it be found elsewhere? thanks...
