Group Text Limit of 10 is Ridiculous
It would be appreciated to pick a new arbitrary number for the limit of text recipients in a group. Provided you have an iphone this is not an issue. So its fully discriminating android users. If spam is the direct concern change the limit to 50 or 100. 10 is too low to conduct business in the most efficient manner. I'm particularly frustrated as I just signed on for 18 months of a brand new Samsung10. Making things more challenging for those of us who work on the go.... is also more dangerous. More keystrokes.... Copy and pasting. It is inefficient .... show us that you are working to improve. Increase the cap.

Hello @Suntraa!
We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the group messaging limit, and would more than happy offer a helping hand!
Please know that AT&T has implemented a limit to the number of group message participants as a way to protect our customers from spam and/or malicious software. AT&T is vigilant about protecting you, our customers, from unsolicited text message spam. We would recommend using an email if the recipients are more than 10 in order to stay connected at any time of the day.
You can also check out our AT&T Business Messaging Page for more information and options that would best suit your needs.
We hope this helps, and have a nice day!

With the latest Android 9.0 update it seems I can finally send text messages to up to 20 recipients! Not sure if this is everything but it works now on my S8

Is this business messaging an additional cost?? Email is not a solution-group emails are great, but most people only check email periodically. And I’m just looking to get a friendly group text of like 20 people together-it’s really not a lot of people.
