GoPhone App and Chat support

I was told by multiple agents that Gophone is getting a app and chat support? When are they going to be released ??? I hate calling gophone department because the reps are rude and I believe chat will be easier. And with the app, It's more  convenient  then always going on the website. 

Ps: with the apps, you should have a feature which lets users see there data instead of always logging into the app. Other companies have it
