I’d be happy to help with your Family Map service! In order to use Family Map with your iPhone 6, pleas ensure you have the AT&T FamilyMap app installed and set up on your device. AT&T FamilyMap on iTunes
Once set up, if the issue persists:
Log into your FamilyMap account on a computer.
Select Manage Account on the upper right of the page.
Select Remove a Family Member.
Select Remove next to the problem line. The line is removed.
Select Add a Family Member to re-enroll the line.
