I used the old Family Map with 3 phones, 1 Nokia smart phone with internet access and 2 other phones without internet access. The latter two phones were used by two minor members of the family. The Nokia smart phone and a Desktop PC were used by adult family members to occasionally track locations of the minor family members during 9 months of school. Then, the situation changed - along came Secure Family Map
Now, the Nokia smart phone is a non-android Windows and cannot run the Secure Family App designed for Android OS from Google store. The Desktop Windows PC cannot run the Secure Family App designed for Android or Apple OS. I can no longer track any of the 3 cell phone devices used by my family. AT&T continues to bill me at the full rate for a service that is no longer available. I would appreciate any suggestions that do not require purchase of new cell phones or Desktops. Thanks!
We can definitely provide you with some information about AT&T Secure Family. The AT&T Secure Family app is only compatible with iPhone iOS version 10 or above and Android users OS version 5.0 or above. Unfortunately, the only way to take advantage of all the features that the app has to offer is to access the app with a compatible device. If you would prefer to Unsubscribe from AT&T Secure Family, you can follow the steps at the previous link provided to get started. We apologize for the inconvenience.
