Emails not sending

Starting yesterday around 10a central time, i am not able to send emails from

my account. I can receive emails but not send. On the desktop it will give an error message saying that it will not sent because it looks like spam because it has links. If i try to send on my phone It says the connection to the outgoing server failed etc etc

Hello, @Indiansensation,

We'd love to take a closer look at your email issues. Is this on your AT&T email account or a different one? What type of device is this and are you using the native email app or a third party app? Please let us know.

Thanks for the response, @Indiansensation.

Since you're using email apps, we recommend trying 2 things.

  1. Utilize our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool to make sure that your email server settings are still correct and that you do not need to set up a secure mail key in order to be compliant with OAuth.
  2. See if you can send email from currently.att.yahoo.com (formerly start.att.net) to see if you can send emails there.

Let us know if this helps, or if you have any other questions or concerns.
