Delayed Voice messages

I am getting voice messages about 10 days after those messages are actually left. I just received a VM that was from 9/30. I have so much important stuff going on through my phone and if this is not fixes i may take a legal action against ATT.

We understand how nerve-wrecking this can be receiving voice messages about 10 days, after the messages are actually left. We'll like to take a closer look into this for you.

But need to ask you some questions before we proceed.

Do you remember when did this start occurring?
Are you using regular voicemail or visual voicemail?
Have you recently did any software update to your device?

Please let us know so we may further take action.
