Why is it when I call customer support they all says they can help and then transfer me to someone else that says they can and transfer me again. There is no help ! It is the worst customer service ever!!!!!! I wish I didn't sign up and could cancel without penalty.

I hate to say it but that often means whatever you are asking them to do is not possible and rather than tell you bad news, they transfer you to someone else. So what is your issue?
