Claiming rewards card

I have been on hold for over 3 hours trying to claim my reward cards but I keeps saying that it is expired. The actual day that it expires is tomorrow. Does a person actually work at the claims office and what else can I do since I am trying to claim ot but noone will answer the phone in the rewards office
