Claim

I have the insurance on my phone and laptops, I filed a claim last week and I still haven’t received my replacement laptop, what’s up?

At&t has nothing to do with your insurance claim.   That claim was filed and is entirely handled by Asurion.

They probably will send a check.  They don’t usually send replacements for larger electronics.
