Postpaid customers with ATT android or iPhone can add Call Protect app to their phones from the App Store. Sign in with your number and it blocks many spam calls. Not perfect, but it’s getting better as it builds a data base.
Your smartphone also can block a number if you choose settings after locating the number in your call log on the phone.

I have pre-paid plan, how can I set my phone to block spam calls? I’m really tired of the Chinese and Hotel promotions calls >.<‘
