Dose the phone being tracked or monitored have to have the app on it in order to monitor it?

Thanks for reaching out! In order for the device to be monitored, the Secure Family app will need to be installed on both devices. You can learn more about Secure Family and its functionalities here. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!
