ATT Ticket Tuesday Not Working 2 weeks in a row

I have tried purchasing tickets 2 weeks in a row on Tuesday for a Tuesday showing. After I select the movie, the seats and put in my payment information and click on complete transaction I receive an error that says "We are sorry, but an internal error has occurred."

Check and see if the AT&T Thanks app needs to be updated. If not, please remove the app and reinstall it. If that doesn't make it easier to claim your tickets, text ATTTHANKS to 8758 or head straight to the AT&T Thanks page and sign in to begin the redemption process.
