One thing to keep in mind is that you might not be able to redeem tickets because the week’s supply of free tickets has already been used. I have not been able to buy Tuesday tickets since the shift from buying them via the internet from my laptop, to being forced to use the Iphone app. The app is not working on my Iphone5 and hasn't in months, for any movie at any theater. Before, when I could order online, I always got tickets with no problems. I get regular "we miss you" emails from ATT because I'm not using my ATT Thank benefits! So this is an ATT problem to solve. Go back to the old system, it worked fine.

I am getting this error which I have never seen before:
last time i redeemed was sept 10th at 6:47am for a movie on sept 11. Never had any issues till now and it’s really annoying. I have messaged the email address that is in the solution comment box as well.

Had same issue contacted firstname.lastname@example.org as suggested here and was told to contact at&t contacted att and was told to contact movietickets.com, lol, I just stoped after that.

Purchase tickets each week through the app but now unable to see any movies or theaters once redirected to movietickets.com. Error 4O4 I see dead pages. Really frustrating I chatted with AT&T and they said they would have someone call me. An automated system called and advised me to call AT&T. 🤦♀️

Mine no longer works either. I'm experiencing the same thing as others have stated - after redirect, no options appear and when you try to browse for a particular movie, you just get a 404 error. Between the crappy internet service, high cost of cell phone service, and mediocre DTV service, this was one of the perks that kept me a loyal customer. If we can't get a crappy app to work and are being told "oh-well" by at&t, may as well start looking to make some changes to my services.

Not working for me either. Have used it several times during the fall and now all I get is an error message saying to "check back later.". This has been going on for over a week.

Here is the message I sent to movietickets.com: "I am unable to purchase tickets because I cannot access my account. I am not sure whether or not I even have an account. I assume that since the reset password failed for my email address, that I might not have an account. I tried to follow the link that says "click here to create an account" after which I am notified that new accounts cannot be created. No explanation as to why or estimation for how long the page will be dysfunctional. Can you please confirm whether or not I have an account? If I don't have one, can you please help me set one up?"
NO responses to my query.
Thanks for nothing, AT&T!!! This is a slap in the face to your consumers. Try contracting with a movie vendor that actually can service your members! This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth about AT&T!!!! AT&T says "Here, watch a movie on Tuesday and get a free ticket for your wife on us!" Reality: "The service we selected for purchasing movie tickets is totally dysfunctional, So sorry, OUT OF LUCK!"
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
