ATT Thanks Ticket Twosdays not working. Both on App and Desktop

Getting unexpected error on app when trying to redeem ticket twosdays and too many redirects when trying online.

 

Have Gold status but dirt service.

Hello.

 

We recommend contacting customerservice@movietickets.com  for any errors in the ticket redemption process. One thing to keep in mind is that you might not be able to redeem tickets because the week’s supply of free tickets has already been used. Supplies of free tickets are limited and the number of free tickets available each week will be set by AT&T in its sole discretion and may vary. Thanks for reaching out to us!

I have not been able to buy Tuesday tickets since the shift from buying them via the internet from my laptop, to being forced to use the Iphone app.  The app is not working on my Iphone5 and hasn't in months, for any movie at any theater.  Before, when I could order online, I always got tickets with no problems.  I get regular "we miss you" emails from ATT because I'm not using my ATT Thank benefits!  So this is an ATT problem to solve. Go back to the old system, it worked fine.

I am getting this error which I have never seen before: 

  • Unable to use super saver# 192837465 for Simple Favor, A at 7:15 PM The error given was: Non Cash Voucher already redeemed

last time i redeemed was sept 10th at 6:47am for a movie on sept 11. Never had any issues till now and it’s really annoying. I have messaged the email address that is in the solution comment box as well.

Had same issue contacted  customerservice@movietickets.com as suggested here and was told to contact at&t contacted att and was told to contact movietickets.com, lol, I just stoped after that.

I just used it and it worked without any issues.

Purchase tickets each week through the app but now unable to see any movies or theaters once redirected to movietickets.com. Error 4O4 I see dead pages.  Really frustrating I chatted with AT&T and they said they would have someone call me. An automated system called and advised me to call AT&T. 🤦‍♀️

Thru the app? You mind telling us how you did it? Thru app, website, directly thru movietickets.com etc

Mine no longer works through ATT Thanks app. When the app redirects to the website movietickets.com there is no options to choose any movies. Used to list all movies available and all theaters nearby now nothing is available.

Mine no longer works either.  I'm experiencing the same thing as others have stated - after redirect, no options appear and when you try to browse for a particular movie, you just get a 404 error.  Between the crappy internet service, high cost of cell phone service, and mediocre DTV service, this was one of the perks that kept me a loyal customer. If we can't get a crappy app to work and are being told "oh-well" by at&t, may as well start looking to make some changes to my services.
