AT&T Thanks app - Event Access error when clicking on "See Available Tickets"
For the past few weeks I have launched the AT&T Thanks app at noon on Friday, to see what Event Access tickets were available for my area. Each time I have clicked on the Event Access tab, I have been presented with a message that reads "Access code already applied!". What does that mean, and what can be done to fix this problem?

I am going to the event access within the app and it keeps saying “access code already applied” no idea why or what that means.
