I have been attempting to get into AT&T locker to complete moving my information and the system has been down for about 4 days. I have managed to download most of my information to my computer and in doing so I deleted it from my AT&T locker so as not to get confused.
Since Monday I keep getting the message that there are technical issues with Locker and it will not allow me to access any of my remaining data.
I have called tech support twice (August 1 and August 3) and each time I have been advised there is a server issue but no Estimate of when, or if, it will be restored.
Can anyone advise how we should access the remaining information we have on our account so it can be downloaded?

Hi Joyce,
Give it another shot, the performance issues seem to have cleared up, I've been able to sign in and download without any issue.
Also, it looks like the date of shutdown was extended due to the previous issues.
Good luck!

Hi @Gretchen7821,
I am sorry about the issues you are having with your AT&T Locker. I know it must be frustrating to continuously get these notifications. I will be glad to help get this fixed for you. With some phones, AT&T Locker may have been put on that device when you purchased it. Check the applications on your phone to see if you see it in the list. If so, you can delete the app or go to the Locker Menu > Settings > What to Back up, and unselect all categories.
If still having problems, let me know:
I hope that this fixes it for you. Let me know how it goes.

@ds25110 Sorry, there is likely nothing that can be done. Locker was shut down and all of the servers purged months ago.
