AT&T Call Protect app

I went to myAT&T account and activated the new "Call Protect" service. I received a text stating the activation was successful and to download the app. I downloaded the app and attempted to sign in, but I get the following error message: Error: No designated CTN- To add or update a wireless number for your AT&T Access ID! Has anyone experienced the same issue? Any solutions? Thanks.

Ok I just figured it out. It's because in your "Profile" in myATT your wireless phone number isn't listed under "my wireless number." Makes no sense when it would ask for this but they do and you it needs you to enter it. From what I gather it may be because some people have joint accounts but they are all tied to one, so you have to be sure and login under your own login for your number and type it in under "my wireless number" even if (in my case) it's the only number on the account.

Yes, the directions are not good.  Each line needs to register  its own login and password.

Then when I went back to login it wanted the email address on the account.

I don't find it is working well.

Ive been using "DU caller" for a while which was easy to add and works well.
