AT&T Call Protect Not Sending PIN
I have had AT&T Call Protect on my iPhone 7 for about a year now, but when I open the app, it states that I need to verify my device. However, no matter how many times I request a PIN, I never receive one via text. I have already followed the procedures I have found elsewhere in the forum, but to no avail. That is, I have removed the app from the phone, and then removed the feature from my account online. When I reinstall the app, the cycle begins again. I have been searching to see which phone number might be sending the PIN message because I am wondering if I have it blocked, but I have found nothing. Otherwise, I can't explain why this is happening. The iPhone is up to date with all iOS patches (12.4.1). Please advise. Thanks.

Hello @stchrispin
Thanks for the post. We can definitely help you set up the AT&T Call Protect app for iOS.
The pin will be delivered using shortcode 74611888. With iOS you can block numbers in multiple places. The shortcode may be blocked in either your Phone, FaceTime, or Messages apps.
Here's how to check:
Go ahead and check all your iOS settings. The links above provide additional information. We think they will help. Please keep us updated.
