A telecommunications company (the premier telecommunications company?), in 2017. Why does your app not work properly? That doesn't seem reasonable.

Using the app to check your bill, data usage etc. is very important. I am limited on data and constantly check it to make sure I am not going over my allowance. I am happy to help!
