want to discontinue my netbuddy

I recently bought the net buddy.  I do not feel that it works well I have not been able to get more than one device hooked up to it, and when we do it buffers slowly.  So I would like to stop my automatic withdraw and stop using this service.  Could you please help me contact someone to make this happen.
