remit address
We have two business accounts with two different remit addresses. Our corporate office requires us to get a W9 for each of our venders to make payments. Since we have two accounts, both under AT&T, one vender, they have created one vender number. But, lately we have been having issues when it comes to billing the correct account. Our corporate office just combines both payments and send it to one remit address, leaving the other without payment. Are there separate W9 for different remit address? or is it just one for AT&T. How can I get a different W9 based on remit address if possible?
