over billing for lines that were closed

Hello,

I'm writing to inquire about bills for dedicated phone lines that were at one time connected to fire panels a couple years ago. The fire panels were removed (replaced w cellular dialers) in 2018, yet we continue to receive bills.

 

Could someone please help me?
