Why does AT& T not offer discounted pricing for loyal/long term customers?
Why is that AT & T does not offer discounted pricing for long term customers? Only way to get any savings is if you have a bundle.
I currently have two company accounts and a personal account. You would think AT&T would want to keep long term customers. I am on hold currently to cancel one of the company accounts and as soon as my next renewal contract is up on my other company account I will be cancelling that as well. In addition to looking into switching my personal accounts.
So dissatisfied with AT&T..........
