What email address do I send a picture of my payment receipt?
So the other day I went into an Authorized location to make my payment, and the Representative that assisted me made a mistake. She added an EXTRA digit to my account number. (9 digits Only) I talked to a AT&T rep and he was Very helpful ! He said I can Fax or Email a picture of my receipt. I don't have any Fax machine near me to saidmy payment claim, so I'm trying to email my receipt picture. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT EMAIL I NEED TO USE !?
