Upgrade my internet for business has took over 3 years, is that normal for business accounts?
I have been trying to upgrade my internet from 10mbps to 100mbps for over 3 years. In that time i have had countless account managers. Each account manager has instructed me to sign a new contract with them and upgrade my internet with them and then i get assigned a new person to say the same thing. I have been getting billed for all the times i have tried to upgrade and at one point was paying for 4 internet accounts that i did not receive any service on due to AT&T failing to upgrade.
I want to ask if this is normal?
Is this how AT&T works usually with business customers?
Are other people experiencing the same lack of care for business account?
How long does an upgrade take for business accounts?
Do business accounts get several different account managers switching per year like we do?
AT&T is the only provider in my area (ZIP: 90040). My business is struggling and i have not been able to talk to my account manager for about 3 or 4 months now. Trying emails and calls but nothing.

Account Details: We have multiple account numbers, where we should only have one.
I have lost almost all confidence with AT&T. I need someone with authority to spend about an hour with me on the phone to resolve all my issues:
* Billing issue
* We have multiple bills, when we should only have 1 * We have been threatened from AT&T that we would be disconnected if we do not pay the bills we are not receiving service for. * We have paid thousands of dollars for something we have never received any service for and need refund urgently
* Upgrading issue
* It has taken multiple attempts with no success still to upgrade our internet * Our Business depends on internet and AT&T is the only provider, we have no choice to see our upgrade through, hopefully I don't end up waiting another 3 years by then.
* Many more issues
* I have many more issues with AT&T but that would take more than 1 hour for example below: * Account managers keep switching, and nothing is getting done on my account. This is the root of all my problems. Due to the absence of customer service, I have had countless issues. * Just learned my previous account manager is not working at AT&T anymore, this is why I haven't heard from anyone for 3-4 months. * My previous account manager has retaken our account, but I have not spoken to her yet and its been a week.
