Remove/Relocate Power Pole

Hi,

I'm working with the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (DWP) to remove/relocate 3 power poles in an alley. DWP says that AT&T has phone lines on their poles and that I need to contact AT&T to get consent.

Can you help me?
