I received a couple of settlement checks that were expired when I got them how can I get them replaced when the attmsettlement site doesn't work I've been going in circles to fix this problem

Hi, I also have two checks that are stale dated.  I called the number above and they said that they could not reissue the checks.

Same. They said “because it’s a Florida check we cannot reissue this.”   We moves two years ago and it was lost durning the move.  We recently found this.   Is this true that it cannot be reissued?   Makes no sense
